Conditions of Sale

These Conditions of Sale apply to the purchase of landing page development and maintenance services from Neaxify. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

These terms comply with Norwegian consumer protection laws including the Consumer Purchase Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) and the Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettsloven).

According to Norwegian law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for digital services, provided that the service has not yet been fully performed.

Important: By accepting the start of service delivery before the 14-day period expires, you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully completed.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear written statement to neaxify@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase.

All prices are stated in Norwegian Krone (NOK) and include applicable VAT (merverdiavgift/MVA) as required by Norwegian law.

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider (Stripe).

A payment confirmation will be sent to your email address immediately after successful payment.

Services are delivered digitally. The estimated delivery time is communicated during the order process and typically ranges from a few days to a few weeks depending on project complexity.

We will notify you via email when your landing page is ready for review. Delivery is considered complete when the landing page is published and accessible online.

If we are unable to deliver within the agreed timeframe, you will be notified and given the option to cancel your order with a full refund.

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you have the right to complain about defects in our services. A defect exists if the service does not meet the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the defect by contacting neaxify@gmail.com with a description of the issue.

We will remedy any defects free of charge. If we cannot remedy the defect within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or cancellation of the agreement with a refund.

Complaint deadline: You must notify us of defects within 2 months of discovering them. The general complaint period is 2 years from delivery, in accordance with Norwegian consumer law.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days (see Section 3), you will receive a full refund.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

If work has already commenced and you wish to cancel, any refund will be calculated based on the work completed to date.

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, or technical failures.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly at neaxify@gmail.com to resolve the matter amicably.

If we cannot reach an agreement, you may bring your complaint to the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) or the Consumer Disputes Committee (Forbrukertvistutvalget) for mediation.

Legal disputes will be governed by Norwegian law and handled by Norwegian courts.
